Grab your yoga mat and join the HealthQuest community for Sound Off Yoga at 310 Hwy 31 N, Flemington, NJ, on Saturday, June 11 at 6:00 p.m. on HQ’s outdoor pool deck.
Sound Off Yoga offers a unique opportunity to experience the beauty and allure of yoga exercise while immersing yourself in a world of relaxing music and sound given off from a pair of noise isolating wireless headphones. Find your inner peace at this special event!
Light refreshments will be provided following the class. Sound Off Yoga is a BYOB* event!
*You have to be 21 or older to register and attend the event.
This event is open to beginners and advanced yoga enthusiasts, so bring a friend! Space is limited so sign up today! HQ Members can register online or at the program desk. Non-Members are welcome to attend as well!
