Travis Manion WoD

The Manion WoD consists of a 400-meter run and 29 squats for 7 rounds.  Squats can be scaled with weighted vest or barbells and you can compete as a team.
Register at the link below!  The required $29 donation for singles and $58 for couples will include a Manion WoD Tee (while supplies last but guaranteed for those registering before April 16th) provided by the Travis Manion Foundation.  All proceeds will benefit the Travis Manion Foundation and at no additional cost, participants will get to watch the healthiest part of New Jersey in this exciting event.
