GRIT
30 minute sessions
Les Mills GRIT SERIES is a high-intensity interval training team work out that drives you to push hard and get fit super fast. The 30-minute workouts combine weightlifting, running and plyometrics that increase aerobic capacity, strength, muscular endurance and power.capacity, strength, muscular endurance and power.
Les Mills Barre
45 minute sessions

LES MILLS BARRE is a modern version of classic balletic training; a 45-minute workout designed to shape and tone postural muscles, build core strength, and allow you to escape the everyday. Incorporating classic ballet positions, with modern music, LES MILLS BARRE is a combination of cardio and strength with high reps of small range-of-motion movements and very light weights.

TRX Suspension Training delivers a fast, effective total-body workout that develops strength, balance, flexibility, and core stability simultaneously.
HIIT Yoga

1 hour sessions

HIIT Yoga uses traditional yoga poses and asanas but challenges you by holding poses longer, focusing on form and execution.  This method will help build strength and stability along with proper form and improved flexibility.

Science-based workout uses bungee suspension trainers to enhance your athletic performance, improve your strength, burn lots of calories and help you look and feel better.
Garage Strength (Fee Based)
1 hour sessions
Training designed for those looking to burn fat while building lean muscle utilizing foundational movements such as push, pull, hinge, squat, carry and much more!
Garage Metcon (Fee Based)
1 hour sessions
Looking to shed body fat with a variety of circuit-style workouts? Metabolic conditioning, or METCON, delivers a high-intensity workout that burns fat while simultaneously maintaining lean muscle development.
HIIT
30 minute sessions

HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training) - Challenge yourself to this fast paced full body workout that pushes you out of your comfort zone.  You'll work up a sweat fast, working at a very intense level and then backing off for a slower recovery period, followed by another round of high intensity.  This strategy can save you time:  You don't have to work out as long as you would if you were keeping a steady pace.  You'll lose weight, build muscle, and boost your metabolism.  Plus there's a post-workout bonus:  Your body will burn calories for about 2 hours after you exercise.

 Location in the Garage - Please note - Access to the Garage is on the backside of the building between the two pools. You will not be able to walk through the club to access. Masks are still required inside the location.
