Our bikes are equipped with cages and SPD clipless bicycle pedals for those members who choose to purchase cycling shoes and take their ride to the next level.
What To Expect
Where your fitness journey takes you is up to you — you get to set your own goals, go at your own pace, meet new people and have fun in the process. It's important to be on time for all classes, bring plenty of water and follow your instructor’s lead. Don’t hesitate to ask for assistance if you need it. If it’s your first class, arrive 15 minutes early to settle in.

Members can now sign up in Performance IQ to track your rides, sign up for bikes and check classes. You will first have to create an account.
Go to the following site:

Select: New User
Fill out the Profile Information. It is important that you put in a gender and weight. These will only be seen by you, but it will make the information you get back from your ride more accurate.
Click: Create an Account
You can ADD the page to your Home Screen on your phone by clicking the "share button" (at the bottom of your screen, a box with an arrow) and scrolling to the bottom line to "add to home screen". The icon will then be on your phone.
Once you are in the system, you can return to the site to:
- Book a Class
- My Reservations (check your reservations) - you will be able to sign into a class, to a specific bike 48 hours before the start of the class. If you are not at the class by the start time, the instructor will remove you from the bike.
- My Workout Stats - track workout data
- My Challenges - coming soon, club challenges
- My Profile - update personal information
