That team has developed a number of popular classes, inlcuded in the HealthQuest membership, to help our members age gracefully and gain or maintain function necessary for everyday life.

Activing Aging Class Options
AquaFit
A low-impact, full-body workout designed to build overall strength and improve cardio endurance. Shallow and deep water techniques used, with all the equipment needed to make you feel comfortable and challenge you.
Chair Low Impact/Tone
This class is geared toward actively aging or members who are just starting there fitness journey. This gentle but effective workout utilizes a chair for support and stability, while targeting key muscle groups. You will engage in a series of exercises that focus on strength, mobility and stability all with minimal strain to your joints. Perfect for those recovering from an injuries, new to exercise or seeking a low intensity workout. Our experienced instructor will guide you through each movement, ensuring proper form and maximum benefit. Come enjoy a safe, supportive environment and leave feeling toned, rejuvenated and confident.
Gentle Yoga
This class is designed to support strength, flexibility, balance, and relaxation in a safe and welcoming environment. Perfect for actively aging adults, Gentle Yoga combines slow, mindful movements with stretches and poses to promote mobility and reduce stiffness. Modifications are offered for all levels, ensuring every participant feels comfortable and confident. Breathe deeply, move mindfully, and enjoy a practice that supports lifelong wellness.
Low Impact Strength
An interval-based strength, balance, and ground to standing class focusing on multi-joint movements and training for life! This class is perfect for those just returning to exercise, seniors, or as an active recovery day.
Splash Dance
Get ready to make a splash in the pool with Splash Dance! This fun, high-energy aquatic fitness class combines the rhythm of dance with the resistance of water to create a heart-pumping workout that’s both exhilarating and effective.
