Superhero

Your child is sure to have a wonderful time as they dress up in their favorite Superhero costumes.  The little Superheroes will be taken through the “Superhero Training Camp” which includes flying, strength, running and jumping competitions.  The party guests will also be entertained with great games like “Pass the Kryptonite” as well as other hero-sized games.

Tiny Tots

Perfect for the littlest partiers!  Toddlers and parents will enjoy this interactive party and participate in an obstacle course, circle songs and fun games.

Fantastic Gymnastics

Hawaiian Luau

Aloha!  Join our HealthQuest team on an exciting adventure to the beautiful island of Hawaii.  Your guests will be given a grass skirt and lei when they arrive.  There will be hula dancing, limbo, and other island-themed party games.  A sand art craft is yours to bring home!

Mad Science Parties

At the Mad Science parties, kids discover the fun side of science as they take part in spectacular demonstrations, including chemical reactions, amazing bubbling potions and of course, slime making!  There are several themed options to choose from:

Aqua Fun Run - for Ages 7+

Slip and slide, get wet and go wild on this huge floating obstacle course!  The course includes 51 feet of slippery fun that will keep your party afloat.  No children under the age of 7 are permitted on the Aqua Fun Run.  A lifeguard and 3 hosts are included.

Nerf Battle 

This party is a combination of nerf blaster and archery.  Party goers can practice their skills and marksmanship on several different targets of various levels.  Party staff will transform the Sport Center and organize participants in to teams to play games such as Capture the Flag and Boys vs. Girls!

Ultimate Spa Magic

Your Spa Magic party starts with a relaxing hand treatment scrub topped with brown sugar cookie hand cream, followed by a green tea facial mask.  A candy scented foot cream will leave your feet feeling silky smooth while you relax to the cool feeling of orange scented eye pads and sounds of island birds and ocean waves.  Enjoy the pleasure of having makeup applies in natural shades of roses and chocolate browns, rounding out your spa experience with pretty natural nails painted with clear polish and a variety of cute appliques.

Stomper Swamper - for Ages 7+

This fun 50-foot inflatable will have your guests finding their way through various obstacles on a race to the finish, but first, they have to conquer the 10-foot high climbing wall and slide to the end.

Pirate Quest

Follow the map as kids go on a treasure hunt to find the pirate’s booty!  This is the perfect interactive party for adventurous mateys, complete with pirate games, a craft and fun gear for the kids to wear.  Watch out for Captain Jack who may be lurking around waiting to steal your gold!

Teen Scream

A late night bash for ages 8 & over!  Teen Scream parties are available on Fridays 7:30-10pm.  Customize your 2.5 hour party by selecting two of three activities: free swim, Aqua Fun Run, dancing or sports activities of your choice.

Important Note: Parties are priced for 16 participants, including the party child, unless otherwise noted in the party description.  Additional guests are $18 each for most Parties.  If your party includes 20 or more, add $50 for an additional host.  Parties with 25 or more guests require special arrangements.

Event Policies

Reservations must be made in advance. NO unauthorized parties permitted.

A $100 nonrefundable deposit is required at the time of booking to reserve your party date. You will have access to your party room 15 minutes prior to your party start time.

As each child arrives they will be checked in.

If you choose to bring your own decorations the day of the party, you are responsible to decorate. Special arrangements can be made for you to drop off decorations prior to the party date.

In order to guarantee the correct number of hosts, head-count confirmation must be made 7 days in advance. Parties with 20 or more children require an additional host at a rate of $50.00. For parties over 24 children, please speak to the Events Director.
All parties begin and end promptly at their scheduled times. Due to party schedules, extensions of party times can only be accommodated in advance at the time of booking.

All pizza changes must be made by the Thursday prior to the party. Any changes made after Thursday are NOT GUARANTEED!
Cake orders must be placed NO LESS THAN ONE WEEK PRIOR TO THE PARTY. NO exceptions.

Party Deadlines
All Parties are confirmed the week before the party. We ask that you have your number of guests finalized and your food selected at that time.
After your party is finalized we will only accept and are able to accommodate changes up to the following day and time the week of your party:

By Thursday at 12:00p.m., 1 week prior:

Cake order and/or changes **If we do not have your cake order on time, your party will default to a traditional birthday cake (1/4 traditional yellow sheet cake, unfilled).

By the Tuesday prior at 12:00p.m.:

Final guest count Fruit/veggie platter, pizza, chicken finger and mozzarella stick orders Piñata Order Final Payment Final payments must be in the form of cash, credit/debit card.

Frequently Asked Questions

  • What do I bring to the party?

    You don’t need to bring anything except a camera! However, you are welcome to bring in party hats, blowers, and/or any other desired decorations, as well as goody bags/party favors if you wish to provide them to your guests. Everything must be in ready-to-go form; we do not provide extra time or rooms for party preparations.

  • Are gratuities included in the party package?

    We do not add a gratuity to your party invoice; however it is customary to tip your party host. We do ask that you tip in cash directly to your host whenever possible. The amount that you tip your host is strictly up to you; however, we generally see the amount of $15 and up per host.

  • Can I bring outside food?

    We do not allow any outside food or beverages. HealthQuest Parties offer a variety of food options that you can select from at an additional charge if you choose. Of course, we recognize food allergies and will do our best to accommodate those children. Please speak with your party representative for additional details.

  • May I bring in my own balloons?

    Yes, if you choose to bring in your own balloons, you may do so; however, you will be responsible for decorating the party room with your balloons. Your party host will assist you, providing they have finished setting up the birthday party as per their checklist. We do not provide helium or a room for you to prepare your balloons; your balloons must be blown up and ready for your party upon your arrival. In addition, HealthQuest does not provide storage of balloons prior to your party.

  • May we bring a piñata to our party?

    No outside piñatas are permitted to be brought into HealthQuest. HealthQuest sells a variety of piñatas that come filled with candy — please inquire with our party sales representative.

  • Can I request a party host for my party?

    Please feel free to make a request, however we cannot make a guarantee. We do try to accommodate all requests; however, due to vacations or days off, the requested host may not be available.

  • Is there a supervisor or manager on duty during the parties?

    The Events department has a Party Supervisor on duty while parties are being facilitated. The supervisors can be found in the kitchen area, party rooms or in the office doing paperwork for the following weekend depending on the party schedules. There is also a Manager on Duty (M.O.D) on site for the entire facility.

  • Is there available seating and/or tables for the adults?

    We provide seating for the children in attendance only since our parties are held especially for children. A few extra chairs are provided as a courtesy to adult party attendees who may need to sit down, however, chairs for every adult attendee will NOT be provided. Custom parties to accommodate both children and adults can be scheduled but are priced differently – please contact the Events Department for more information.

  • Do you charge for siblings attending the birthday party?

    A guest is someone who is 2 years of age and older, who is participating in the event or activity. If the number of guests is over 16, then you will be billed for each additional child at the rate of $18 per child.

  • Is extra time available?

    HealthQuest parties are very interactive and in most cases, very active. Therefore, activity time is limited to one hour and the time spent in the party room enjoying birthday cake and refreshments amounts to ½ hour. There are some party time slots that may extend the refreshment time at an additional charge, but we cannot add any extra time to the activity portion of the party due to our party schedules. Please contact the Events Department for more information.

  • If we do not serve pizza and extra time remains, can we open our gifts?

    As per your party agreement, which is signed at the time of booking and mailed for your signature, we do not allow for gifts to be opened at HealthQuest. To help with this, we bag all gifts while the children are in their activity to make it easier for you to take them home.
