Our Studio

The Pilates Studio at HealthQuest is fully equipped with the traditional spring based apparatus designed by Joseph Pilates. In addition, we have the Balanced Body CoreAlign system, an extraordinarily versatile piece of equipment with hundreds of completely new and unique movement exercises. Pilates apparatus’ unique design utilizes spring resistance to strengthen the body as an integrated unit, rather than just targeting isolated muscle groups.  Our studio is dedicated to providing Pilates instruction in a safe, supportive and warm environment. All exercises are tailored to the individual body to support your fitness and wellness goals.  Focus on breath, quality and precision of movement is what sets Pilates apart from other exercise programs.

Classes are offered 7 days a week. We offer group classes (5-6 people) for all levels. We also offer private and semi-private sessions, with pricing available for Members or Non-HealthQuest Members upon request.

Class Options

Foundations

Our studio takes the traditional Joseph Pilates method seriously, and that includes ensuring that each new client is carefully evaluated for safety and set up for success in their Pilates journey. Foundations consists of 3 private sessions to allow all new clients individual attention by one of our highly qualified instructors for full evaluation of movement patterns, consideration of existing injuries and introduction to our studio equipment. Following completion of Foundations, our instructors can recommend you into Group, Semi-Private, or a continuation of Private lessons on an individual basis.

Group

Group Pilates classes are a great way to fully utilize the Pilates method with the camaradrie of others. Utilizing the fundamentals of the Pilates method, our instructors offer modifications and variations to provide the right challenge for each individual in the class. Our group schedule contains specialty class focuses such as Jumpboard, Restorative Pilates and Pilates for Seniors.

Semi-Private

Semi-private Pilates class will offer more individualized attention than a group class, but the fun of having a buddy. Duets are an economical way to recieve a lot of personal feedback on your Pilates practice. Having a partner is not only fun but also helps to keep your practice on track!

Private

Private Pilates allows you individualized attention from one of our highly qualified Pilates Studio instructors. As you learn and grow in your Pilates practice with your instructor, an individualized plan will have you reaching the peak of your fitness performance. Our seasoned instructors also have emense experience in working with both common and rare ailments, utilizing their talents with the Pilates method to overcome limitations and pain that many clients live with daily.

I am a massive fan of Lees Hummel. She is totally amazing and when I take a class with her, it is always the best part of my day! If life makes me busy and I can't get there, my body tells me very clearly to get in there and feel better. The best medicine is preventive medicine. Lees and the Pilates Studio is just that. It's the best thing I found in 25 years and love it!
