Class Types

Gentle Barre

Gentle Barre is a fitness class that combines elements of traditional barre exercises with a focus on low-impact movements, making it accessible to individuals of various fitness levels. This class is designed to provide a gentle and supportive environment, making it suitable for beginners, those with joint concerns, or anyone looking for a mindful approach to strength and flexibility. Gentle Barre offers a welcoming and supportive atmosphere, making it an ideal choice for those seeking a balanced and enjoyable workout that respects the body’s natural limitations.

Barre Blend

Barre Blend is the perfect fusion of barre, cardio, and strength training, designed to help you achieve a lean, sculpted physique. In this energizing class, you’ll move through a series of low-impact, high-intensity exercises inspired by ballet, Pilates, and strength training. Barre Blend focuses on building strength, flexibility, and endurance while targeting all the key muscle groups—especially your legs, arms, and core. Expect to work through toning movements at the barre, followed by dynamic, heart-pumping sequences to keep your body engaged and your muscles challenged.

Barre HIIT/Cardio

This class is based on variable intensity interval training. It is made up of set timed intervals that focus on higher intensity training for the cardiovascular system, blended with strength intervals which lower the heart rate but create that barre burn feeling in the muscles. Classic barre exercises along with standard functional fitness movement make up this well-rounded class. All exercises are low impact with optional higher impact variations for those who welcome them.
