While I was an athlete in my youth, my real journey into fitness didn’t begin it the gym, but rather it began in the conference room…Working in corporate human resources as an Employee Relations Specialist and Trainer, not only did I see how stress, burnout and never-ending corporate responsibilities took a toll on people, but I also experienced it firsthand. I started working out as a way of managing my own stress and quickly realized how powerful it was, not just physically, but emotionally and mentally as well. That experience made me realize something: I didn’t want to just cope, I wanted to help others feel the same benefits.

Over time, I saw (and felt!) a gap in support for women in midlife, especially those doing “everything right” but still feeling off or not seeing results anymore. That’s when I began focusing specifically on coaching women 40+, combining science-based strategies with real-life practicality. I believe knowledge is power, and I love helping women understand what’s happening in their bodies so they can stop wondering what they’re doing wrong and start building a plan that works for them. Whether I’m coaching one-on-one, teaching in group settings, or leading educational workshops, my goal is always to meet women where they are and help them take the next best step toward feeling like themselves again.

As a certified personal trainer, group fitness instructor, and health coach with specialized training in women’s health, hormones, and midlife wellness, I take a whole-person approach. That means we’re not just talking about workouts – we’re talking about sleep, nutrition, stress, and what’s actually sustainable in the middle of real life. Whether it’s through coaching, educating, or simply holding space for someone to feel heard and seen, my goal is to help women feel strong, capable, and like themselves again!
