Matt is a Marine Corps veteran who now works as a Strength & Conditioning coach. His aim is to coach and educate the principles he has learned throughout his fitness journey to those he is tasked to train. Firm in believed that through movement we can all train our mind, body and spirit to cultivate confidence, self- discipline and consistency that will help carry us towards our goals. During his free time, Matt trains to compete in powerlifting. He also enjoys many hobbies including hiking, yoga, writing music and reading.
