Our HealthQuest Personal Training team is a highly qualified, educated and experienced group of fitness professionals always prepared to take you through your fitness journey. Our trainers are ready to build and assist you in carrying out a comprehensive fitness plan for any number of fitness goals. This diverse team has a wide range of specialities and experience working with local health partners, such as, Physical Therapists or Physicians should this be necessary due to pre-existing injuries or chronic ailments. Education, safety and creating a winning environment are at the forefront of our Personal Training focus in order to deliver you great results.

Learning to Exercise Safely
If you’ve never or have rarely used any fitness equipment, learning how to do so safely is paramount to preventing injury. Our Personal Trainers will work closely with you to ensure you know how to use our equipment properly and the use proper form when exercising. These lessons can be carried forward to maintain safe fitness practices throughout your life.
Having a Customized Plan Built for YOU
Client goals vary from weight loss and muscle buidling to injury and pain management, with everything in between. Our Personal Trainers hold the knowledge and expertise to deliver a customized plan that fits your specific situation for maximum results.

Our Personal Training Services

Wellness Assessments afford you the opportunity to meet one-on-one with a personal trainer to run through a few baseline tests, review your health history and discuss goal setting. The assessment includes testing on industry-leading InBody machine that can deliver usual metrics including hydration, fat mass, muscle mass, muscle balance and metabolic rate. Training clients regularly use this technology to track progress with their trainer, while HealthQuest members have available a complimentary wellness assessment upon joining the club and each subsequent year of membership to stay on top of their fitness goals.

Our Try the Trainer packages are exclusive to individuals new to personal training at HealthQuest as we understand the importance in helping you find the trainer that best suits both your personality and fitness needs. This 3-pack of one-hour personal training sessions is designed to allow new clients to try a session with up to three different trainers at an introductory price in order to find their perfect fit.

Private Training is at the core of our Personal Training services, with our team having a track record of delivering proven results for clients. When working with our training team you can expect well constructed plans for each session custom to you, attentiveness to your form during each movement, and superior customer service in your journey. Picking your Trainer match is as easy as reviewing our Trainer bios, gaining a Staff reccomendation via a wellness assessment or utilizing a Try the Trainer package to experience different Trainers in action yourself. Training pricing is segmented by Trainer Level (Trainers at HealthQuest are spread between Levels 1-4 based on years experience, specialities and continuing education) and by session package size (HealthQuest allows training to be purchased in package commitments of 1, 12, 24 or 48 packs). Squad Training allows you to enjoy the benefits of some individualized attention while saving some cost, all with a few accountability buddies to train with! Squads consist of 2-3 clients that can be a pair of friends, family or put the trust in us to find like members that work with both time and fitness ability.
