“I cannot believe that I’ve been a member of HealthQuest for 10 years and never took advantage of the Pilates studio! What’s a colossal mistake and shame that is. For years, I’ve seen it hidden away in the corner and it always looked like an enigma of a space.
Finally, this September I walked in and talked to Sarah and decided to sign up for five individual classes. That was all it took and I’ve been hooked since!
I used to take the Mat Pilates class and it’s clear to me now that I was not getting the value that is being offered in that class since I didn’t know how to engage my core muscles. I worked out with a trainer for two and a half years, saw progress, but never to the extent that I’ve seen in these past two months working with Gail and taking the group classes.
I went down a pant size in 6 weeks!
The truly amazing thing is not only that I can see it in my clothing but how it has affected my regular workouts. In spin I can do in 45 minutes what I used to in a hour, in Impact I can kick higher and engage at a very different level, and i can hold a plank for significantly longer than I ever could before.

Beginner Level Group Class
Beginner Pilates is designed for the client who has not tried Pilates Classes will focus on the fundamentals and basic movements of the Pilates Method. Modifications will be given for those with physical limitations. This class is a great way to start your Pilates journey and watch the transformation in how you look, and more importantly, how you feel.
Multi Level Group Class
A multi-level class can accommodate a variety of fitness levels. Utilizing the fundamentals of the Pilates Method, modifications and variations are offered to provide the right challenge for each individual.
Advanced Level Group Class
This fast-moving class is designed take experienced Pilates students to their next level of fitness. Less time is spent on explanation so that the class moves more fluidly and with less breaks.
Restorative Pilates
This gentle reformer class is specifically designed to improve strength, balance and flexibility. Great for those who need extra care and modifications.
Pilates for Men
This class is built to help men strengthen neglected muscle groups, improve flexibility, and build core strength. We focus on relieving back and joint pain, while still working towards increasing strength in both smaller and large muscle groups. There will be an emphasis on release work, in addition to working on movements to improve athletic abilities in sports, such as tennis and golf.
Pilates Express Classes
Want a total body workout, but only have 30 minutes? Then a Pilates Express is the class for you! These 30 minutes Pilates classes are powerful/condensed and effective classes. Each of these classes offers a specific focus. With a rotating schedule, you will experience all the Pilates offers! Classes include: Barre Fusion, Jumpboard, and Stretch & Release.
Private Pilates Lessons
Receive individualized attention from one of our highly trained teachers. Whether you are just getting started or have been taking group classes for some time already, a private lesson is guaranteed to advance your practice to the next level. For those who are injured or working with other physical limitations, a private lesson will be tailored to your body's specific needs and abilities.
Semi-Private Pilates Lessons
With more individualized attention than a group class, but the fun of having a buddy, duets are an economical way to get a lot of personal feedback on your Pilates practice. Having a partner is not only fun but also helps to keep your practice on track!
CoreAlign Private Lessons
The CoreAlign® system from Balanced Body® stimulates core stability muscles to fire in perfect timing while performing challenging exercises, stretches and core controlled aerobic training in primarily an upright position. You will improve gait, posture, balance and functional movement. Clients at all fitness levels will feel the difference.
Wellness 360
The Wellness 360 Challenge is an effort to bring a holistic perspective to your health and wellness, with a focus on the 5 primary “foods” of your life: Relationships, Physical Activity, Career, Spirituality, and Nutrition. Each one of these “foods” affects your well-being. Creating balance in these areas, using the mind-body connection provided through Pilates and personalized health coaching, will result in YOU being more successful in attaining YOUR goals. Private and group sessions are available.
Mission: The Pilates Studio at HealthQuest is fully equipped Studio dedicated to providing Pilates instruction in a safe, supportive and warm environment. Our skilled and experienced instructors will meet you on your level, and help you reach goals you didn’t think were possible.
It is a thorough this whole body approach that you will learn proper breathing techniques, body alignment, and functional movement patterns that will support your fitness and wellness goals! We believe that Pilates is a life changing workout routine and we are excited to share Pilates with you!

Ring of Fire Workshops
Saturday, November 2nd - 9:15-10:30am
Wednesday, November 13th - 7-8:15pm
The Pilates Magic Circle is a fun and challenging way to add resistance and variety to your Pilates practice, while at the same time helping to deepen your connection to the core. This little "ring of fire" can be incorporated into a whole body workout. You will leave leave this workshop with some easy to do, effective Pilates exercises that you can do at home!
The Pilates Ring of Fire:
- Adds variety and challenge to traditional Mat Pilates exercises
- Learn new ways to sculpt your arms, legs, abs or backside
- Improve muscle tone and endurance
- Leave the workshop with easy to do, effective Magic Circle routines to practice at home
Workshop Cost - $25 Members / $30 Non-Members

Pilates for Youth
Children’s bodies are in a constant state of change and development. Through Pilates, children will gain better awareness of their body, improve posture/spinal alignment, and move more efficiently with good use of core muscle engagement. The Pilates Studio is happy to offer Youth private Pilates sessions. Please contact the studio for more information!
