Whether you’re a family of four or two or a single professional, our fitness staff wants to encourage everyone to stay in shape. Our equipment and advanced studios focus on an array of areas such as muscular strength, endurance, cardiovascular health and conditioning, and core strength.

Indoor Pool

HealthQuest boasts an indoor pool that is an impressive 25 meters long. We offer 6 lap lanes always warmed to a comfortable 84 degrees. Members find the pool great for laps, lessons, group fitness classes, recreational swim, and parties!

Outdoor Pool

The Swim Club at HealthQuest is the perfect place to relax and enjoy the summer months. Both adult and children’s pools are heated to the perfect temperature; Lounge poolside while the kids enjoy the splash park, dew drop shower or take the ultimate plunge through “Mister Twister”, our giant flume waterslide! The season opens Memorial Day weekend and continues through Labor Day!

Competitive Swim Team

HealthQuest enhanced its swim team program by becoming USA Swimming certified in 2015! Swimmers now have the option to further their abilities through the USA Swimming program or compete at a recreational level. Adding USA Swimming to the HealthQuest Hammerheads allows our swimmers to reach new heights and build upon our current team philosophy.

Swim Lessons

HealthQuest offers swim lessons for all age groups from parent and child to advanced teen. Our lifeguards are American Red Cross certified in lifesaving, CPR/AED and First Aid. All swim instructors are also certified in CPR and first aid. Instructors are required to pass the HealthQuest Swim Instructor Training Program prior to teaching classes.

Lifeguard Certification

HealthQuest offers American Red Cross lifeguard and lifeguard review courses for members and non-members.
