About the Program:

Pricing - $25 member, $30 non-member per week. This covers your registration to 1 session with a Personal Training in our private small group training location. It also gives you access to your weekly program in our training app, and your personal trainer when you have questions.
What if I miss? - When you register, you are reserving your spot in the group. We want the groups to feel consistent, not allowing drop-ins. This ensures you still feel like the program is personalized and the coach has time for you, without distractions. This means your fee will still be processed, but with our app you won't feel like you missed out on much! Stay on track with your group with the easy to follow videos and details to do at home or in the gym.
What if I want to come more than 1x per week? - Many of our clients actually prefer to do this! You just register for another session or 2 per week. Coaches and times may be different, but the program and training goals are the same!
