Personal Training Levels

At HealthQuest Fitness Center, we offer various levels of personal training to meet your specific needs. Whether you’re new to training or have specific goals for fitness in mind, working with our experienced personal trainers can help you plan and obtain measurable, realistic goals and optimize your chances for success.

Our Personal Training Team

Our team includes personal trainers with a variety of different backgrounds and skills. All of our personal trainers are National Certified Personal Trainers and have additional education and certifications in the exercise, health and wellness fields, CPR and AED. Our personal trainers offer one-on-one training, semi-private training and group training sessions. We offer three different levels of trainers to help you progress with your fitness goals, including:

Personal Level Trainers: All of our personal trainers have advanced training, education, specialties and certifications.

Elite Level Trainers: Our elite level trainers have a minimum of three years of industry experience and have been with HealthQuest for at least a year.

Master Level Trainers: Our master level trainers have a minimum of six years of industry experience and have worked with HealthQuest for three years or more.

The level of trainer you select can depend on various factors, including your specific needs, fitness goals and budget. Regardless of level, all our trainers are highly skilled professionals with various areas of focus, approaches and personalities. They are experienced in working with all types of clients, including the elderly, children and those with special needs.

Whether you’re new to exercise, recovering from an injury, trying to lose weight or training for a specific sport, your personal trainer considers your specific needs and goals to create a customized workout routine. We also ensure you learn how to work out and use equipment safely while motivating you, challenging you and holding you accountable to your workout plan.
