Each week builds on the next. We start by laying a solid foundation, then explore your ideal ingredients of health and happiness, set the cornerstones of wellness and wellbeing, and finally celebrate your work. Workshops include proven strategies and exercises that will move you further into your ideals. Together we'll savor, laugh and learn.
Signing up for the series will give those registered access to attending all six workshops (held Mondays at 11:30am starting January 14th in the HealthQuest Adult Lounge), workshop materials and support from Julie throughout the six weeks via text and email. The cost for the six weeks is $150.
