Deborah Arbach from HealthQuest was the guest speaker at Pete’s Bike & Fitness Shoppe in Flemington’s “An Evening Just for Women” on Wednesday night, March 20. She discussed her journey from exercise classes to training for and completing half-iron distance level races. The evening included local women business owners in the health and wellness field and a bicycle maintenance clinic.
