HealthQuest members find so much at the gym, from the instant gratification of a post-workout endorphin release, to the sense of accomplishment after reaching lifelong goals. Some may say that they would love to be able to pay a personal trainer to work out for them, but we know that gains from the gym bring a lot more than physical looks and weight milestones achieved on the bench press.
Our personal trainers are here to help you do both! A personal trainer’s job is to help you stay motivated, stay safe, and to help you see progress in your workouts over time. Sometimes a person new to a gym can strain and damage muscles in the beginning of a new fitness program. A personal trainer helps mitigate that risk. Trainers will build a custom workout plan for HealthQuest clients that starts a member at a workout level that they can physically handle, removing guesswork and major injury risks.
The HealthQuest Personal Training Team is composed of a wide array of National Certified personal trainers, sampling intriguing backgrounds and skills. Our team offers one-on-one Personal Training, Semi-Private Personal Training, Group Personal Training and innovative fitness programs to promote goal achievements in the areas of weight loss, muscle gain, post-rehabilitation and Sports Performance for explosive and endurance athletes.
HealthQuest’s personal training is done at the Flemington, New Jersey Sports Center. This gives our trainers access to all the tools and fitness equipment they need.
Every one of our personal trainers is different. Some have different sports specialties, while others are better at helping to rehab an injury. While personal training is different from physical therapy, our trainers can help strengthen problematic muscle groups and introduce workouts to avoid re-aggravating past injuries.
