Charlotte Avallone, E-RYT

For WebMy passion for teaching began 31 years ago. The completion of a Master of Science degree in Special Education gave me my start in the classroom and eventually I transferred my teaching experience to my yoga practice. I became a Registered Yoga Teacher via Yoga Alliance in 2008 and my yoga-teaching career commenced. As a small business owner I currently teach yoga in four distinct environments, my home studio, at corporate locations, in health clubs, and at our local community college.  I am passionate about my personal practice and the classes I lead. Yoga is my source of energy and balance.  The opportunities to discover new aspects and nuances in the ancient art and science of yoga are endless. This means the opportunities to continue to grow while practicing are limitless.  It is my hope that together we can explore the eight limbs of yoga, embody them, and practice them with passion and excellence.

Allison Rich

For WebAllison grew up in western Pennsylvania and moved to the Flemington area after finishing her degree at Mount Saint Mary’s University in Maryland. Allison has been practicing yoga for 12 years and completed her 200 hour yoga teacher training with Stephanie Pappas in New Jersey in June of 2012. She recently received her prenatal yoga certification from Kripalu. Allison is excited to become a part of the HealthQuest team!

Anna Kovac

For WebI am an AFAA group exercise instructor, with WaterArt, Pilates training, and TRX certifications.  I decided to embrace my love of yoga and train for my 200 hour yoga alliance certification through Lehigh Valley Yoga.  I have practiced myself for over 6 years and I have come to have a deep respect and love for the ancient practice.  Studying from different teachers and medical proffesionals with different backgrounds gave me a broader understanding of different types of yoga. I love the thereputic aspects of yoga and it’s healing effects on the body and mind. It is my goal as a teacher to learn from others as well as learning from my own practice, learning is never ending. I was taught how to sequence my own classes and develop series that fit with specific needs and various levels. Because of my creative soul I truly embrace this! I plan to continue my education through various workshops. Never stop learning!
