More Impact with Small Group Training

Can you believe it’s nearly May already? Spring is flying by and summer is nearly here. If you’ve started to get in shape for summer but need some extra motivation, it’s time to get excited because HealthQuest is relaunching our Small Group Training fitness program!

What is Small Group Training? Small group fitness training programs are a great alternative to personal training for members that don’t want one to one, dedicated time with one of our personal trainers, but still want their guidance on the best fitness programs, and help with form and technique. Our trainers are here to help you grow in your athletic abilities and to achieve fitness goals. The Small Group Training (SGT) is a great supplementation to your current workout plan.

Adding Small Group Training to your fitness plan is easy. HealthQuest Members have the option to choose between progression-based small group training like GRIT and Booty Barre, or take advantage of our Classhopper program, each with unique payment options.

GRIT and Booty Barre provide personalized training while enjoying the comfort and camaraderie of a small group. These offerings run in set sessions using a progression-based system. Upcoming and current sessions can be found on our website.

Classhopper is a flexible program that allows you to purchase classes individually or in a package and mix and match between 5 effective small group training offerings. Classes available in the Classhopper include Synrgy, TRX, Tabata, Bootcamp and SPRINT. Purchase individual classes or an 11 session pack and use them how you want, when you want! Classhopper is designed to give you flexibility to work with the trainers and programs that you want, on your schedule. Refer to our Classhopper schedule to build a regimen that works for you!

Now that we have you interested, come check out a Synrgy demo on Saturdays at 10:30 with one of our personal training team members. Come give it a try!
