On Sunday December 7th, HealthQuest Judo participated in the 16th annual Northeast Judo Championship. HealthQuest competitors Sensei Gerard, Chris, Christian, Skyler, and Kelly were well received by the judo community and performed exceptionally in their respective brackets. HealthQuest Judo took home two 1st place medals, one 2nd place, one 3rd place, and one 4th place medal.
On Monday night HealthQuest Judo had the honor of welcoming our competitive friends from the South African Judo team lead by Sensei Paul for a fun night of training.
Healthquest Judo practices Monday and Wednesday nights from 8:30 -10:00 and Sunday mornings from 10:00-11:30. All members ages 13 years and up are welcomed to join and learn the Olympic sport of Judo.
