The Complete U – Wellness Studio at HealthQuest is now open.  To celebrate its unveiling, The Complete U will be hosting an open house for both members and non-members of HealthQuest from Monday, January 27th through Saturday, February 1st.  The open house will provide the opportunity to meet new Wellness Director, Chelsea Salisbury, who brings with her a wealth of experience in the field.

Chelsea Salisbury 2Chelsea comes to HealthQuest from Greenville, NC where she was a wellness specialist for a local Hospital Wellness Center, focusing on Youth and Family Weight Management. This New Jersey Native brings her experience of nutrition and weight counseling for all ages.  As a former NCAA D-1 Track athlete, Chelsea relates with all goals associated with wellness, including personal training, stress management and dietary needs.  Designing the Complete U Wellness Studio focusing on long term, natural physiological needs of each individual has been Chelsea’s career goal.

“Tell me and I’ll forget; show me and I may remember; involve me and I’ll understand.”

This quote carries so much significance for Chelsea.  As an educator, her philosophy follows this Chinese Proverb faithfully. There is nothing better than seeing the light turn when someone starts to understand, learn and get excited about a topic dear to her: health, nutrition and of course physical activity/fitness.  Chelsea added, “I hope to educate those in need, inspire those that want and help those with desire.”
