As you may have heard, HealthQuest is changing club operating systems, and we are excited!
“Club Automation”, will have a variety of new and enhanced features including improved program registration process, ability to view statements online, a more useful member portal and much more to improve your experience! Changes will begin this Friday, August 4th. On Friday, you’ll receive information about transitioning into your new, Member Portal.
We understand the changeover is coming close to the all-important youth registration time period so we have decided to make some adjustments based on your feedback. Online youth programming registration (Dance, Gymnastics, & All Sports) will be moved to the following dates:
Gymnastics – Tuesday, Sept. 5th & Wednesday, Sept. 6th
Dance – Thursday, Sept. 7th & Friday, Sept. 8th
All Sports – Friday, Sept. 8th
Generation Move – Tuesday, Sept 5th thru Friday, Sept. 8th
(includes ALL NEW Kidz Gym)
Classes Begin: Saturday, Sept. 16th (click to view schedules)
This program registration date change will give all members ample time to complete their new member portal activation and become acclimated to the look of the new system. We are excited for the change and want to ensure a seamless transition for all! Please help us spread the word to your friends at the club.
